Order Minimums
Opening Order new account: $150.00
Reorder established account: $100.00
New Accounts
We request credit cards for first time orders on new accounts. We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard. Net 30 credit terms can be established by providing three trade industry references and bank information. Upon approval, a credit limit may be established. Please allow up to four weeks for authorization of credit terms.
Accounts exceeding credit limit may be required to make immediate payment before additional orders will be shipped. G.W. Schleidt, Inc. reserves the right to review account status at any time and terms may be changed to credit card payments or payment in advance. We do not ship COD.
Freight
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Las Vegas, Nevada. Our primary shipping method is FedEx Ground. We are able to ship on your account upon request. Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Backorders
Items not in stock will be backordered. Please indicate on order if backorders are not accepted. Backorders under $50.00 are automatically canceled and we do not substitute. Backorders not shipped within ninety (90) days are canceled. Please submit a new order to receive canceled backordered items.
UPC
All our products have UPC barcodes available. A listing of our item UPC codes are available upon request.
Returns and Claims
All claims for damages or shortages must be reported within seven days of receipt of shipment. Call customer service at 702-651-9077 for a Return Authorization Number. Our shipping department will not accept returned merchandise without an RA#.
In case of carrier-induced damages, file a damage claim with the carrier immediately and retain all original packaging for 21 days. Refused shipments are subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the cost of the order, plus freight.
